My Fifth stay at this hotel. Excellent service once again all around. Front desk did an excellent job of attending to my family and I. Clean rooms, very close to Manhattan, very close to transportation

There is much to like about this hotel. it is certainly well located for subway transport into NYC. It does have some eating places within walking distance as well.
It is a relatively new hotel kind of shoe horned into an area in transition. The staff is very good and service was certainly not an issue.
My biggest issue was noise from elevated train. The hotel must know because my room has a noise machine. Just not a quiet spot and no way to avoid it.

We regret that you were disturbed by the subway as we understand how frustrating this can be. We would have loved the opportunity to have facilitated a room move due to noise issues, as we do have some rooms that are quieter than some. Very friendly and helpful staff! Only a couple minutes walk to the Queens Plaza subway station, then less than 10 minutes into NYC.
Room was spacious and had a partial view of Manhattan. Lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk.

I literally wish I lived here and that Liana was my landlord. Liana is the sweetest and so accommodating. It is an oasis of amazing service. Continental breakfast is on the money. I’m 100% not kidding that I’ve made it my goal in life to be living at this hotel full time, and will not stop until I at least stay an entire month. I now live in hotels full time, however I can’t always find the kind of Fairfield that started me on this journey. Life is not a Fairfield Queensboro Plaza and not everyone is Liana!

This hotel is so cute. It is very close to the Queens Plaza OR the Queensboro Plaza Subway stations! Everyone who works here was very professional and accommodating. Shout out to Liana at the front desk! :-) Thank you to you all for making my first time to NYC amazing!

This was such a great place to stay for a trip to NYC!! A subway station a block away that gets you quickly into the city. What I mostly wanted to commend were the front desk people and our housekeeper. They were all amazing!! The only name I knew was Connie (front desk) and she couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Whenever we'd leave or come back the desk people always greeted us from across the lobby or told us to have a great day. I've stayed in many places throughout the world and have never been treated so well. Breakfasts were great and the room was always cleaned and in a timely manner. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you thank you thank you!!
