Very conveniently located property to the Queensboro subway stops: 3 into city and about 15 minutes to Flushing Meadows on Express train. Great & friendly staff with clean rooms. Very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay due to Hurricane Dorian. Definitely will stay here again.

We stayed here so we didn’t pay $500 for a hotel in the city & it was a perfect choice. The hotel is a short distance to the subway, $3 for a single ride. Perfect!!

Check-in: Quick & easy. Our plane arrived early that morning & they allowed us to get our room @ noon. Yes please. Our initial goal was to store our luggage while we went & explored.

Room: We had two queen beds. The room was clean, modern & had a fridge. I heard the even rooms were better but we had an odd room & no complaints. You are next to a train track, so if you’re a light sleeper, they had a noise machine in the room. We slept just fine, AC on full blast.

Bathroom: The shower had good pressure & was super roomy. I didn’t like not have any hooks in the bathroom to hang my towel on. There’s ample counter space.

Breakfast: They had a decent spread: waffles, eggs, sausage/bacon, cereal, soy/regular milk, breads, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal & of course coffee/tea, juice (cranberry, orange & apple). Get there early because it gets crowded fast & it’s a small area.

Check-out: Equally painless like check-in. We did store our luggage while we did more sightseeing.

The staff is really nice. They even let us store our luggage since we had time to kill before our plane so we could walk around after check out.

Upon check in they did let us check in a little early we were just going to see if they would hold our luggage, very accommodating. All staff were friendly.
The room is not to big but it was a decent room. The a.c. works great keeps the room nice and cold; however, it is LOUD but did drown out the outside noise from the subway and all the traffic.

The safe in our room wouldn't open that was disappointing, we just decided not to use it.

If you ask for a post card they will give you one and mail it for you. That's pretty awesome.

There was a variety of breakfast available fresh fruit, fried and boiled, cereal, oatmeal, toast, yogurt, waffles with 2 kinds of syrup, bacon and sausage and turkey sausage, and multiple types of condiments. The breakfast space is not arranged in a good way, people are in the way, you can tell some were irritated when you say "excuse me" however the seats are nice. 8am it gets really busy very limited seating. There are seats outside in front of building.

There is construction all around a pretty congested area if you can walk you will probably get there faster. There is a market not to far away it is vegan friendly. The subway isn't far either.

Very good location, cleaning service satisfactory, breakfast adequate, costumer service very helpful and amiable. We chose the hotel with the best value for money, and it was an excellent choice. It's improving the service, we've been the year before, and it's going up.

We had to stay here as our flight got cancelled and we needed a place to stay near LaGuardia airport. Nice hotel, clean rooms. Sink wouldn't drain properly. Sketchy area to walk around. No nearby restaurants, had to get delivery. Wouldn't recommend as a place to stay to see New York City but it was fine for a night. Subway would go by right outside our window and also lots of noise in the hallways.

My girlfriend and I took a trip to New York and I called ahead to speak with someone at the hotel for extra information. I was very lucky to be received by Lee who not only helped me out, but went way above and beyond making sure we were taken care of. Lee actually came in early before his shift to make sure we felt welcomed to New York.

I want to thank Lee very much and compliment Fairfield Queensboro Bridge for having such an excellent and attentive staff.
