We has a lovely room which had everything you can want. The staff helpful and friendly.

We struggled to find the hotel every time this may have been just us, we found it funny after we got to the hotel
Stayed here in October 2018, but have only got round to reviewing. Overall, the hotel was great. The location is unbeatable and that was the reason for choosing it initially. There are some good local pizza takeaway shops nearby. The one thing I was surpised about was the huge waste of plastic. Maybe the whole recycling thing hasn't caught on as it has in the UK or elsewhere yet, but all of the plastic cutlery used at breakfast was just thrown in the garbage. Unbelievable! 1. Why not swap the plastic cutlery for something a little more befitting of a Marriott? 2. If not, can you not introduce some recycling bins for people?
Hotel is amazing and staff is fabulous. Specially Toni & Taibin. Had a wonderfull Experience. Breakfast is also amazing. Location is near to Manhattan. Access to atleast 4 subway station. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Will highly recommend.
Amazing stuff breakfast is excellent close to the subway underground staff is very friendly Taibin was very helpful all staff are amazing very nice and clean had such a great time and will come back thank youuuuu x
Amazing hotel, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, clean updated hotel with great features, breakfast is easy access. Short walk to the subway station. Housekeeping was amazing and prompt at helping us get extra pillows and ice for me during our stay as I had knee surgery on our stay! Sofia was an excellent housekeeper always made sure I had what I needed to be comfortable.
