I was only in town for the night and everyone was very friendly and the room was clean. I don’t think I would stay for more than a day or so but it was nice for the night. The breakfast isn’t much of a selection but not bad.

I choose 50/50 for my one night stay with my husband. There was no iron, iron board and fridge as mentioned in their website. Hot tub has faded. AC wasn’t blowing cold enough but we managed fine just for one night. Staffs are nice and respecting people.

Front desk agent didn't know how to cancel a reservation and said "they put in a request". Considering I work in the hotel industry I have no idea what that means. I know for a fact they could just click the cancel button on their PMS system as my cancellation policy was 24 hrs in advance.
When I pointed this out the front desk agent said their computer was slow so they couldn't. I requested an emailed cancellation letter to be emailed when the system was working again which obviously didn't happen. Agent was rude throughout the process.
Pretty dissappointing.

I booked my room here for 6 nights. I had to change the hotel to another hotel due to location.
So, I booked my room using 18,000 points plus monies.
I called Wyndam Rewards to get my points back although I did not meet the requirements to cancel which is charged one day.
So I asked, where are my points ? Wyndam said that hotel manager said to send email for request.
I did that & still 5 DAYS later, no response. So I am contacting Wyndam to report & make a complaint.
I will keep you posted!!!!

Needed a room for a few nights, work was busy. Great hotel, great location. Bus stop across the street takes you to the N train or R train. Free parking, great basic amenities, clean room, clean sheets and towels.

My overall stay was a great value for the price, but the check-in window is very narrow (3:00 - 7:00 PM) which I didn't notice when I made my reservation. I had to change plans to run over to the hotel to check in and then go back out to resume my activities. Since this involved driving in NYC, this was inconvenient and a bit stressful.
