Housekeeper, front desk and management are thieves. They will take your valuables or money. They won't submit it to lost and found. They take it home with them. I had to wait a day to get back $400 out of $600 I accidently left in the room after checkout. The housekeeper took my money home instead of recording it and putting it in lost and found.
We had to attend a funeral in Long Island City. This hotel was reasonably priced and very convenient to Quinn's Funeral Home on Broadway. The free parking was appreciated. It was also convenient to the Bel Aire Diner about one block away. The room was small, but had a microwave, refrigerator, a desk for a laptop and was tastefully decorated. The breakfast was minimal but would meet a basic need. An unexpected delight was the view of the Empire State Building in Manhattan- it was a beautiful sight on cool, clear night.

There are prostitutes who work in this hotel. The men who manage them arrive in fancy cars at night and wait for them in the parking lot. The girls come and go and are especially visible at night.
Too bad. Otherwise the hotel was ok for a budget price.
