I'll try to make this short. Never offered water which is one of my benefits. 911 wreaked of marijuana. 504 had an ac unit that barely worked, the tv would turn on but not off, and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up. In 909 the bath towel had a long dark hair on it. The guest across from 504 was smoking a massive amount of marijuana at 4 in the morning. So much that I thought there was a fire in the hotel when I woke up. The overnight staff didn't feel like that was enough to kick out a guest so they just let them stay. Instead they thought it would be easier to inconvenience me and have me move rooms in the middle of the night. I don't have a problem with anyone smoking marijuana but this was so much that it felt like I was laying in a cloud of smoke. I have a drug test coming up for my dream job and if I miss out on it because of this I don't know what I will do. Housekeeping, front desk, and management failed on all fronts.

If you have a car don't stay here, almost no parking and what little parking is available is extremely tight. There are a few off site parking garages but you will pay between $30-$40 per night and that also is limited.

It is the best location, close to all subways with Manhattan just minutes away. The hotel is convenient to restaurants and food. Very quiet and safe. I have made it my go to hotel when I visit NYC. Why pay more for less?
