It is the best location, close to all subways with Manhattan just minutes away. The hotel is convenient to restaurants and food. Very quiet and safe. I have made it my go to hotel when I visit NYC. Why pay more for less?

Nice location but don't bring your car.

If you have a car don't stay here, almost no parking and what little parking is available is extremely tight. There are a few off site parking garages but you will pay between $30-$40 per night and that also is limited.

The hotel is conveniently located, with plenty of nearby shopping/dining options, and the staff were top-notch, which is not necessarily a given in NYC, even in the hospitality sector. Aside from being friendly, courteous and helpful, I was very impressed with the mindfulness of the hotel staff in terms of adhering to CDC guidelines, and taking precautions to protect guests, and their fellow colleagues, during the current, ongoing pandemic.

Having never been to NYC before, this proved to be an excellent place to stay. Comfortable, friendly service, very convenient to three subway stations, and walking distance to good spots in Long Island City. For the price, this is an outstanding value. Also found free street parking nearby, saving me quite a bit of money. Only downside was the limited breakfast due to COVID.

HORRIBLE experience using their parking garage!!!!!!
Never in ALL my years living in New York was I EVER actively solicited for a tip at a parking garage in a nice hotel, let alone IN FRONT OF my date!!!!
As the valet stepped out of my car, he stood between me and my door and looked me dead in the eye and said, "By the way, the price doesn't include tip!" and held is hand out.
I'm not entirely sure what type of establishment this is, but had I known I'd be frisked for money in a back street garage in a hotel with a name, I'd have taken my business elsewhere.

This is a great hotel everything is beautiful. I’ll definitely come back . The room was great , it’s close to everything . Parking was spacious , room was great . They have drinks and foods downstairs, everyone was a major help !
