Absolutely one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at solely due to the incredible hotel staff. They are always willing to assist you with any of your needs and give great local dining suggestions.
Also great neighborhood with so many good dining options and easy access to the train to get into Manhattan if you’re headed that way.

Exceed our expectation on every visit . Staff is so friendly and the hotel is very quiet. Very peaceful to get away from the city noise. We love the higher floors because of the better view. Will recommend to anyone

Where do I begin??? To make this short & sweet, I’ll just say that EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER IS AMAZING! The Aloft franchise are small simple rooms but modern & clean. The lobby is always clean & open for a little entertainment if you’re feeling claustrophobic in the room. I’ve been in & out of NYC for the past four months & I always stay here. It’s become my home away from home. JP, Sidney, Robert, Ivan, Lawrence, Kiara, Natasha, Anna, Denise, Kim, the housekeeping staff (please forgive me guys if I’m forgetting anyone), but everyone is professional, courteous, & just a great team overall. Anything you need is just steps or a short walk away. Yes parking is horrible (as a few people have pointed out) but that’s not their fault, it’s everywhere, blame it on NYC! Parking is plentiful at the nearby garages (just costly but again you are in NYC)! 🤷🏽♀️ At any rate, I love & appreciate my new family at ALOFT Long Island City! Thanks for the hospitality! XOXOXO! 😘

The Aloft hotel continues to exceed our expectations even after multiple stays! From day uses to overnight stays, the staff are always welcoming and check-in couldn't be any easier or faster. This hotel provides visitors with a clean and comfortable atmosphere and is a place either yourself, friends, and/or family would truly enjoy! Special thanks to JP for always making us feel at home! We definitely will be back again soon!!!

Even with all the COVID guidelines and restrictions this hotel exceeded our expectations.... warm friendly staff and quick to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel was clean , great view and great location. Thank you!

As soon as my family and I walked in, a young dapper man who was very nice welcomed us with open arms! He introduced himself as JP and check us in with no problem. Great customer service with amazing rooms and views! Aloft Hotels is one of the best places we have ever stayed. You can count us in on coming back and recommending this hotel to our friends and family! Thank you to all the staff for an AMAZING Experience especially Sidney and JP for making us feel at home!
