The Aloft hotel continues to exceed our expectations even after multiple stays! From day uses to overnight stays, the staff are always welcoming and check-in couldn't be any easier or faster. Even with all the COVID guidelines and restrictions this hotel exceeded our expectations.... warm friendly staff and quick to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel was clean , great view and great location. Thank you!

As soon as my family and I walked in, a young dapper man who was very nice welcomed us with open arms! He introduced himself as JP and check us in with no problem. Great customer service with amazing rooms and views! Aloft Hotels is one of the best places we have ever stayed. Planned a weekend with my family in LIC. The hotel was clean. Rooms were perfect. Staff made us all feel welcome and like we were VIP the whole weekend. Special thanks to JP for making us feel at home and also to Sidney for showing us the area and all the up and coming spots. We felt safe in the neighborhood and there are so many things to do that are all walkable from the hotel. They also had things to do within the building such as the gym and game room. Definitely coming back and would recommend anyone to go and check it out.

The best service we’ve ever had. The staff and service was impeccable and was very helpful the whole weekend, with nearby recommendations and delivery services. The view was amazing and for such a great price. We will definitely be back and recommend to everyone.
