This room was very filthy and outdated. The cleaning lady refused to clean it so I had to go to Target and clean it myself. Just horrible

With little to no noise proofing this hotel was unpleasant. There is a pool party that runs during the Summer that goes all day so you faced with a consistent house beat that shakes your room. At night we were facing the Queensboro Bridge and could hear consistent traffic noise including semis. The beds felt really cheap and were uncomfortable. There was gathered dust on different parts of the room too and a general lack of care. Would have left after the first night if it wasn't the wedding venue, it was a beautiful wedding venue.

Extremely poor customer service. Front desk staff are rude, manager is surprisingly worse. Rooms reeked of marijuana and were dirty despite being “serviced”. Multiple flies in our room. Management didn’t care. Wyndham customer service was useless in the situation. Wouldn’t stay here or any Wyndham property again.
Room tip: Don’t stay here
