The heat was not working properly for 2 nights which made it uncomfortably chilly, had to wear socks and sweatshirt to sleep, no extra blankets on bed and bedding was rather flimsy compared to other 4 star Marriott properties I've stayed at.

The hotel was dingy, worn, and loud. The sheets were somehow both itchy and threadbare. The hallways and elevators each had a distinct and not good smell. We could hear the man in the room next to us snoring. I would not stay here if you don't have to.

Lovely Hotel, comfortable stay. Customer Service (Front Desk) was very hospitable. Check in was a breeze. A bit loud during events. Otherwise, great stay……will be booking this Hotel again on my next trip to NYC.

Great venue for a wedding. The ability to have the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and sleep all in the same place is great. Staff was extremely helpful no matter how chaotic things can get. They were out of parking spots and the manager gave me his spot. Thanks to the staff!!
Pros:
-Staff, Brian and Jaidev, were very friendly at check in. They also gave us a nice room with a view of the NY skyline and the Queensboro bridge.
-Clean and modernly decorated
-Views…
Cons:
-No bathroom vent.
-Weak water pressure. Showering was a bit stressful since the sink would’ve rinsed us faster. Toilet also scared the heck out of us when flushing coz the water pressure was so weak it seemed clogged.
-Fridge was barely cooling so we had to utilize the ice bucket to keep our kids’ mills cold.
-Coffee maker was filthy so we didn’t use it. There was none at the lobby, like other hotels.
-No breakfast for this price, but ok.
-Paid or street parking.
