EXcellent dinner in the restaurant. Always look forward to the food and service. Clean, cheerful, comfortable and convenient. Shuttle to the airport when you need them at the Screech of dawn. Can’t get any better !!! Will always come back !

Newly remolded hotel. Very nice art deco design. The rooms are clean have wood floors, no bathtubs. The room is nice and spacious. Mush larger than I anticipated. The shower is European style. The toilet is very low. Had a leg cramp every time I tried to sit down. The beds are on platforms and you trip over the corners of the bed as your walking around the beds. Plenty of restaurants, a mall with a movie theater.

The staff was very professional and nice especially the restaurant staff. The food was very good as well.
The hotel was nice and the room was clean it is clear that they they are in the middle of upgrading. So it was nice.
The reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating is that the bathroom while clean was outdated and some areas if the floor in the room had damage and the AC in the room was very loud when running. Sounded like a jet engine when it was running.

I was so impressed with this hotel. I have read previous reviews and became hesitant to book it. Why did I delay? This hotel has received reviews that it doesn't deserve. The shining star of this hotel is the lounge and the restaurant. The food was superb well above regular hotel fare. Along that line, it was extremely well priced, and serving size was excellent. The bar pricing was also very reasonable. The room was perfect. Comfortable bed and amenities that were above and beyond. The staff were nothing but friendly and accommodating. I visit Albany numerous times a year, and this is my place to stay. Finally, I want to thank Joe for his kindness and consideration he showed me during my stay.

Hotel Trilogy is a real gem with an outstanding culture. I felt good vibes upon entering the front doors. Their staff gets why they're there and seems happy and ready to help. You can see teamwork abound.
