Unfortunately, there’s one employee that does not belong at this hotel, or any customer facing job for that matter. This hotel has some of the best front desk people, but this one is the worst. I can identify this employee only by her big size and insufferable attitude. She goes out of her way to ruin the clientele’s experience. May be that is how she is. From being rude right off the bat with anybody needing help to pushing back on them instead of offering any solutions this employee has earned her “WORST WORKER” award.
Management should make a change as quickly as possible to keep customers coming back to their hotel by removing this employee or assigning her work inside the hotel, so she does not have to interact with customers. This ruins everybody’s time. Please investigate this and do the right thing for your paying customers.
