This hotel is adequate. On the positive, the hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The room was fine. The price was very competitive. It did seem like the maintenance was not great. Things like water leaking like crazy through the ceiling of the overhang as you walk from the parking lot toward the lobby. The elevator had lights out in the numbers, so you could not tell if you pushed the button for your floor. They do not have a car charger, which was frustrating. But like I said, it was adequate.

Stayed for two nights while travelling for work.
Toilet float broken, so water was flowing continuously. Told front desk but was not fixed . Irony is that there was a save the planet by reusing the towels sign above the toilet.
No towels left for night two.
No soap in shower dispenser.
Plugs below lamp near bed all loose. Can not charge phones unless you spread legs on power cord.
Two nights in a row, received 2 separate calls from front desk at around 10:30 pm and 11pm . Nothing on the other end. Was chatting with other customers and they had the same issues with phone calls.
This is a slow time of the year for tourism, time to fix the bugs.

All was quite good except mold on shower ceiling. This is a deal breaker for me. Mold causes illness, room should not have been utilized in that condition 😖

Staff at front desk and brea just super! Efficient and friendly
