Several times a year, we host conferences for my workplace. We are always happy to book with The Desmond, and when Sophia and Sam are part of the staff team during our meals, we know we will always be treated right! They are helpful and kind to all the folks we host from across the state.
Very professional and provides helpful services when asked. We had two birthdays and Sophia provided two of our members during our committee meetings with cake at the last minute. The diversity in the menu options is also a plus for our meeting. This is why we keep doing business here!
We very pleased with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to return a rental car, and the shuttle service was prompt in picking us up as well as getting us to the airport the next morning. The room was comfortable and provided a good night sleep. We ate dinner in the restaurant, and it had a large menu of just about anything you would want, and the prices were reasonable
I requested a pet free room and was given one away from most occupied rooms. The room was very clean, the bed was extremely and there was plenty of hot water. The meals supplied were excellent and the "famous" bread pudding was so delicious, I had to order one to take home (they need 24 hr. Notice). Seth at the front desk was extremely helpful helping to update my ihg points and reconnect to wi-fi.
I rate this conveniently located hotel a 10 out of 10!
