Excellent service and professionalism. Grounds, rooms, lobby and overall upkeep of the hotel is excellent! I always choose Desmond for a nights getaway. I recommend the Desmond to friends and our church has had functions here.

A wonderful place for an event.
Gorgeous ballrooms, delicious food, fair prices and great sales office help.
We always have our major events here.
For over 36 years, we have come here to eat and enjoy.

We use the Desmond when traveling for its convenience to the airport.
The new renovations make it an even more attractive choice.
Joe, our shuttle driver was exceptional, friendly and so helpful.
Will definitely continue to use!

Check in and check out and answering the telephone when calling the front desk was not there .. though when in communication in person they have pleasant voice.. the staff does not seem to fully listen to the customer and respond in a timely or accurate manner.. calling front desk .. in the evening .. hardtop get someone to pick up

We were very pleased with this hotel. The decor in the lobby and rooms was clean and modern. Big TV and all white bathroom made the room even nicer! The elevator was a little slow, but that was a minor thing.
The hotel is close to anything you may need or want and is right off the exit.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again!

The best hotel in latham ny. Great staff and very clean. Staff was very nice wish when I travel more hotels would be like this. No complains at all. Any questions I had got address with no problem. Great place to go with your family
