I was very disappointed at arrival, it took about 30minutes to put the car in the garage due to other cars blocking the entrance to garage/property from other guest - many people outside loud and drunk
It was very laud every night after dark, not a place to go for a walk at night - it did not look safe at night....and was not recommended.

Our flights were canceled, the next flights out were in two days…and our budget was stretched! The personnel at this hotel were reassuring, welcoming, and made us comfortable right away.

There is not one negative thing to say about our stay here. We were able to uncover this hidden gem at the last minute this past weekend. Despite having problems with the accommodations, we had booked a few months in advance. We went from being frustrated and stressed out to relieved. Joselei, the front desk agent, was outstanding in every way and very understanding. Her positive energy was very warm and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our time here amazing and made us feel extremely comfortable. Housekeeping was also very helpful. My sister accidentally left her credit card in the room after we checked out. Housekeeping had found it and took it straight down to the front desk agent. Joselei called my sister right away to let her know. We were already almost to the airport and didn't have time to go get the card, so Joselei shredded it. Fantastic hotel and also very clean.

Best hotel in the Bronx. Close to Yankee Stadium. Just a few steps from the subway, minutes away from Manhattan.
The rooms are perfect, clean and quiet.
The people that works there are awesome, they made sure we were comfortable.
Breakfast, valet parking on site, nice little gym. I can’t ask for more.

Awesome experience in the middle of Bronx but only 5' walking distance from subways 4&5 - Great breakfast always included and awesome staff.
Clean property, excellent location and convenient rate.
