Magical Ezulwini - my favorite holiday.

Ezulwini topped all of my expectations. Absolutely Gorgeous lodges and rooms. Attentive, kind, knowledgeable staff who felt like old friends by the time we left. The Safari guides were top notch and our game drives felt like a week's journey to find a leopard, which we did the day before we departed! The food was delicious and the kitchen staff catered to me in the bush better than any urban restaurant as I am gluten. dairy and egg free. Ezulwini and Africa and all the animals cast a spell on us, and we will be back to visit again. Since I have returned to "real life" I keep dreaming of our magical safari. Even my 12 year old didn't care that the wifi was spotty- it was that amazing. Great for every member of our family from 12 to 86. Everyone in our group who had been on safari before at a different lodge or area, said that Ezulwini was by far the best experience. You get closer to the animals and see more and the level of service could not be outdone. Already planning our return :)

Room tip: If you are flying a long distance. I would fly to Cape Town first for a few days to get over the time change and night flight.

It was our absolute pleasure to host you and your family, we are so glad that you immediately felt at home and cared for during your visit.
We are so pleased to know that you enjoyed your safari experience with us, also that our guides and trackers worked hard so that you eventually managed to get the sighting of the elusive leopard, that was wonderful.
Thank you for letting us know that you also enjoyed mealtimes with us, our chefs, kitchen team and menu planners take great pleasure in being able to provide wonderful meals for those guests who have specific dietary requirements or needs, and we are very happy that this was the case for you.
Unfortunately being right out in the middle of the 'bush' does mean that sometimes technology isn't at its best, but we are so glad that the young ones were still happy with it all.
Your lovely comments have been passed on to the teams at each lodge, they will be thrilled to know that they have made your stay so special.
How great to know that you are already planning a return visit, that is wonderful, and we will look forward to hearing further from you when you are ready to come back to the Ezulwini Family.

Trip of a Lifetime

From the moment we arrived, we felt like family. The staff was so welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable trip. The food is outstanding. We stayed at several camps after this, and this by far exceeded all of them in terms of food, accommodations, and staff. We loved the safaris and learned so much. This was the one place where the guides were actually tracking the animals. Within 15 minutes of our first drive, we saw elephants and a leopard. On other drives, we saw lions and cubs, giraffes, honey badgers, and all of the Big 5. What an amazing experience.
Before the trip, they were so helpful (thanks, Frances), and all the details were perfect. I would highly recommend Ezulwini Lodges.

Room tip: Enjoy the peace and quiet.

Unbeatable Safari Experience!!

The accommodations were spectacular. Food was delicious and very accommodating to dietary needs. Saw the Big 5. Game drive guides were very knowledgeable. Staff exceptional and went out of their way to please you. Really liked the smaller resort size as the staff get to know you well and vice versa so it makes for a more personable experience!! Top notch service and scenery of a lifetime! 100% reccomend!!

Luxury in the Bush

Excellent food and service!! EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING first class. Plus, guides and trackers found The Big 5 for us during our 6-day stay. Would highly recommend to everyone wanting a unique, African safari experience. The staff is supportive, very knowledgeable, and provides anything you need at anytime.

It was AMAZING!

We had the MOST AMAZING experience at Ezulwini Lodge. The warmth, decor & cleanliness of the rooms stood out for someone who is definitely not a bush baby & who was dreading the bush weekend. The staff were exceptionally friendly & pandered to our every whim which included Halaal food. The food was presented excellently & was super tasty. Knox is unbelievable & had our individual favourite drinks ready & waiting by Day 2. The game drives were beyond enthralling-with the guides going out of their way and off the path to find us the Big 5. We saw leopards, lions, rhino, buffalo, elephants, giraffe, zebra, buck-all up close and very personal. My teen daughter abandoned her phone & engaged in nature by her will.
I HIGHLY recommend EZULWINI to anyone looking for an amazing & unique safari- that's a family-away from home.
All this from someone who did not want to go to the bush. I will DEFINITELY visit again!
