fallen in love with the location of this villa, we really enjoyed it and the facility. The villa is absolutely beautiful, and really loved using the facility. The staff have been phenomenal and so helpful! We couldn't of asked for a better accommodation for our stay in Bali

“The villa needs a complete overhaul”
Reviewed 19 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

The villa is very spacious with large bedrooms and big living area. The garden is great with room for kids to run around. We were a group 7 adults. We found that the bathrooms were very sub standard with horrible grubby small towels supplied only every second day. There was a huge worm in my shower base. You have to stand on a slightly elevated slab, so who knows what lurks underneath. None of the lovely personal supplies, I.e.shampoo or body lotion supplied. Just two tiny commercial, soaps. Beds were very comfy. But don't expect any frills or flowers. Kitchen had all ammenities however cupboard doors didn't close. It was all so old and run down. The pool had broken tiles all around it and some in the pool also. The tiles were very slippery in the pool.
However the house staff were fantastic. Nothing too much trouble. But be warned that if you need to contact George the manager he is impossible to find and doesn't work on the weekend!!!! Is this how it works with your clients George? Tourism is 7 days a week.

Thank you for your review.
To say we are disappointed to read this review is an understatement.
This guest Becky, booked via airbnb, and has already posted a review on the airbnb site, to which a reply was posted. Which is pasted below:
It seems like Becky did not like the reply, which was completely accurate and then decided to post an even worse review on tripadvisor.
Villa Aisha III is as per described, a newly built villa and Becky's comments are ill founded and fortunately not something any of our previous guests agree with.
Occasionally, very occasionally we get a review that we feel has been written maliciously with no factual base, and the review from Becky would certainly fit into the category, I have since personally inspected the property to look into the allegations made by Becky, none of which are true. There were 3 patio tiles cracked on the edges (nothing to do with the pool which is brand new) and whereas these were in no way dangerous or loose they have been replaced right away. All of the bathrooms are new, and are exactly as portrayed in the photo gallery. All are cleaned daily and are modern, I now see that Becky says a worm was in the shower, which is an outright lie, written no doubt to try to damage the reputation of the villa, which is excellent.
This villa is in a great spot and the staff are wonderful. However, the villa is badly in need of renovation. The pool has broken tiles and is very slippery. The bathrooms are not very good. Very, very basic. The supply on fresh linen is very poor. The beds are very comfortable but bedrooms lack the beauty of Bali. The lounge/dining is comfortable. Kitchen has all amenities. If the villa was bought up to scratch, it would be sensational, however as it is now, it's very over priced
Response from Nick:
Thank you for your valued feedback. Shortly after Becky arrived with her family I popped by for a personal visit to make sure the villa was OK and to see if there was anything we could assist with. I was advised that the A/C in the twin single room was dripping water and that Becky was having difficulty in changing the empty water bottle in the mineral water dispenser. We immediately sent our maintenance dept to the villa the next day to attend to the A/C which was fixed right away. I left Becky my business card with my direct phone number and advised that if there was anything else we could assist with to please call anytime, so it is rather disappointing to read comments in this review. We urge all guests to notify us right away for any issues in any of the 600+ villas we look after. With regards to the bathrooms, I must say that I do not share Becky's view, all bathrooms are spacious, fitted with twin wash basins, and are modern. We will immediately look into the matter of broken pool tiles. All our staff are trained to change the towels and linens regularly, there is a fully stocked store room with plentiful supply of fresh towels and linens, and this complaint will be looked into immediately. The decor of the bedrooms is of course a matter of personal taste, and other guests have commented the exact opposite. The decor of the bedrooms is of course accurately reflected in the picture gallery that accompanies the listing. Villa Aisha III is in the very best central location, short wall to all, and with over 35 internet reviews posted on multiple sites this is the first complaint we have had. We take all criticism very seriously and will take immediate remedial action for all the matters mentioned. We do disagree that the villa is overpriced, we market a large selection of 5 bedroom family villas in the central area, Aisha III is 1 of our most popular and always well booked, and until now well reviewed.

“Aisha III - Seminyak”
Reviewed 21 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Fantastic place to stay for 10 people.
Awesome housekeeping staff who are happy to organise laundry, delivery of Bintangs and a chef to come in and cook for all of us.
We all had our own space with 5 spacious bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a decent sized pool/backyard.
Central to all shops, but in a quiet lane.
Would definitely recommend.

From beginning to end this was a wonderful stay. The owner responded very quickly to any emails. Our pick up from airport went smoothly and we where greeted so beautifully by Amy and Thre at the villa. Our 5 bedrooms where spacious with very comfortable beds and excellent air-conditioning in each room. Bathrooms had hot water with good water pressure. The enclosed spacious living dinning was very relaxing. Great air-conditioning with 2 very comfortable sofas. Our lovely staff spoke very good English and had pre purchased supplies for us. If we wanted breakfast the staff would buy our supplies and then cook us a lovely breakfast in the morning. Our rooms where cleaned very promptly in the morning and all our needs met by Amy and Thre. The outside area and pool are actually bigger than in the picture. We would recommend that some other seating apart from the sun lounges be made available as the sunbeds cannot be adjusted and there was not enough seating for the 9 of us that stayed. Some upright chairs and a table would be great. The location was excellent. Everything on your doorstep. Would definitely stay again.

Thank you for your valued feedback.
Very pleased to hear that everyone had a most enjoyable stay, we will certainly pass on the recommendation to the owner to provide further seating for the out door area.

“Recommend for large groups”
Reviewed 5 June 2017 for a stay in June 2017

we enjoyed our stay at the villa.
It is spacious and nicely decorated. Kitchen although dated was well equipped to prepare breakfast and has a full size fridge.
The pool area was nice but could do with some maintenance.
The staff who visited daily were lovely and happy to help. They prepared a lovely breakfast for us on request.
We had small children with us and the villa was well suited after they fitted a pool fence and stair gate (do not expect Australian standards, but it was enough for a deterrent)
They also arranged high chairs and baby cots for us.
We were very happy with the location. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores close by and easy enough to hail a blue bird on Jalan Raya Seminyak to get further afield.
Value for money!

Thank you for your valued feedback and we are pleased to hear that everyone enjoyed their stat at Villa Aisha III.
We were unaware that any maintenance is required at the pool area which is has been newly tiled and this will be looked into right away.
We have 2 options for pool fencing. The basic option of wooden fencing is free of charge with just a small fee to the contractor to assemble and dismantle, the second option is hired pool fence from specialist Company which is high tech interlocking metal fencing,, which is more expensive at around $30 a day.
