We went trough 4 villas before ending up at Craig's and Dom's villa.
It was a rampage of poor service, rude owners etc. Not relaxing at all.
At Craigs Villa Kaira, you will find peace and quietness. With great staff, close to Finns beach where you can go out for a nice drink and involve yourself in a crowd. Its the best of both worlds.
A++, definitely recommended by our crew.

We couldn't have been more pleased with this amazing villa. The location was brilliant, situated a short distance from Finz beach club and with absolute beach frontage. Furniture, gardens and design of the property were a stunning mix of modern and traditional balinese style. Can't wait to to return to this extraordinary spot.
From the ease of booking, location, amenenities, staff, food and assistance for any requirements., this villa is an amazing value for money.!. The staff were great. We paid for the groceries and the chef cooked a traditional feast.. epic.! The villa itself is huge.!. Beachfront, breezy and beautiful.!. Heri and Craig were extremely helpful with every and any requirement and communication was fast and easy. I've travelled to Bali a lot of times...these guys have nailed it.!. No rip off prices, fast responses and perfect communication..thank you so much guys.!!!
I stayed with large group of friends for 4 nights in June 2017. I have to say, we had a fun stay and all went really well. Staff and villa were amazing and good location for us. Craig was super friendly and very responsive to our needs. I’ve seen some previous reviews and I’m very surprised by a couple of negative comments, I’m very surprised as it wasn’t our experience at all. I can thoroughly recommend this villa and booking with Craig. We’d be more than happy to book with Craig again.
The Villa is setback from the beach enough to give you total privacy. Villa Kaira is an understated grand villa and the photos do not do it justice, the decor and finishes are slightly dated but it feels like home and does not feel like a generic holiday villa. It is cosy yet spacious enough that all the guests can find their own quiet space. The staff are excellent and discrete, yet very friendly.
The best asset with the villa is the pool, its is partially shaded all day, just floating in the pool overlooking the activities on the beach is mesmerising. Walking straight on to the beach for sunrise and sunset is a godsend ( and we live at the beach in Sydney). There is no touting on the beach! This stretch of the best has the best looking beach shacks, still local fishing boats are not far away with beautifully painted wall art. Walking into the villa transforms you into another world, coming and going along the boardwalk over the koi pond is heavenly.
Everything is there, though some of the equipment is not working properly, but it does seem the management do try to keep on top of it all. It is exposed to the salty ocean breeze, so wear and tear will always be an issue.
I celebrated my birthday with different groups of friends, and everyone was sad to say goodbye and think that is a good testament for the villa.
Don't miss the Sunday afternoon on the beach when all the local Balinese come to enjoy the beach and sunset, it is great to see the true Balinese culture come to life.
Thank you to the staff of Villa Kaira. I hope the area does not developed anymore.
PS. Finn's Beach Club is nearby they shut at 12 midnight, noise was only a slight issue for the 11 days we were there. Good coffee shop nearby as well.
