We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The first evening we did not have electricity and no internet connection. In the room of my son he did not have hot water and no heating: it was 10 degrees outside !
Second night was slightly better !
There is also no fitness room in that hotel
The parc of the hotel is very nice

Guest satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and we are sorry to hear that your stay fell below your expectations.

Unfortunately due to load shedding in the area we had limited electricity for a couple of hours which was beyond our control.
We do value feedback from our guests as it is the only way we can truly improve our offering, and I do apologise for the inconvenience caused.

I do hope that we have the opportunity to welcome you back to Le Franschhoek on a future occasion so that we may have the chance to deliver to you a more memorable experience.

Chipped tableware and broken coffee plunger at breakfast, cold coffee served repeatedly and plunger coffee not made correctly, staff as helpful as can be expected when not properly trained but manager just tried to make a joke out of everything instead of attending to our requests. Building in need of updating and maintenance. Dinner at the restaurant- food was good but severely understaffed so we ended up waiting over 1 and half hours for our starter. Also very cold in restaurant and lacking ambience. Overall experience very disappointing

I wish to extend my sincere apologies for the series of events that took place at breakfast during your stay with us as our modus operandi certainly does not extend to offering clients a substandard experience when they visit our property. Whenever an issue arises, we dissect our shortcomings to the most minute and intricate detail, all with a view to understanding how and why we erred, and we approach negative, yet constructive feedback, in the most open minded and professional manner, all with a view of righting the wrong, and building lasting relationships.

I understand that we may have lost your patronage, however you may in time forgive our erroneous ways and afford us another opportunity. Should this happen, I know that you will be most enthused that your valued contribution to our business has been embraced and followed through. My stay this weekend at Le Franschhoek was memorable! I went last in 2009 but still got the same wonderful treatment.

Great service, excellent staff! Keep up the good work!!

Will most def recommend to friends.

We had a fantastic time and enjoyed our spoils at the hotel. Friendly receptionist (Veronica) and barman(Patrick) Management was very accommodating. The Garden Suites are awesome with the little patio to relax and watch the mountain behind change colour as the sun sets. Its a very romantic setting and looks to be well equipped to accommodate a groups. I look forward to returning with my group conference at the end of August.

A relaxing getaway in beautiful surroundings. The motivation for our trip was to de-stress and relax, and our goal was achieved. Friendly and super helpful staff made the trip a memorable one and we will definitely go back.
