This place is great. It's clean. The staff are all super friendly. The business center is private and set up well. It's a nice location. I stayed here for several weeks and would have kept staying if I could have. The bartender and front desk staff were esoeciallly friendly.

My family of four booked a night at the HGI in Wayne last week. We met some other members of our extended family who were also staying here. We haven't seen each other in a while so all of us ended up hanging out in the pool, lobby and breakfast/dining areas just catching up througout our stay. The entire staff (especially Reno at breakfast and Jamie/Jeremy? on the evening Sat night bar shift) were super welcoming and accomodating. Rooms were clean and large and would definitely recommend.

Had a wedding nearby and needed a place just for the night to crash. Everything was great. Big, clean room with a coffee maker. It was a sauna outside but the AC kept me nice and cold. Bed is great. Everything was exactly what I needed. Check in was easy, quick and efficient.

Stayed here for a nearby wedding, rooms were very clean and spacious. Hotel grounds and lobby were well maintained. Front desk attendants were professional and courteous.
Overall had a pleasant stay, would stay here again if I was in the area.

We were locked out of our rooms at a wedding celebration. Then told by Jeremy at 1:00 AM that we could be let back in to pack up and move to another room. This continued for an hour. It was the worst customer service situation I’ve ever had experienced. Hilton failed on all accounts.
