Had a wedding nearby and needed a place just for the night to crash. Everything was great. Big, clean room with a coffee maker. It was a sauna outside but the AC kept me nice and cold. Bed is great. Everything was exactly what I needed. Check in was easy, quick and efficient.

Stayed here for a nearby wedding, rooms were very clean and spacious. Hotel grounds and lobby were well maintained. Front desk attendants were professional and courteous.
Overall had a pleasant stay, would stay here again if I was in the area.

We were locked out of our rooms at a wedding celebration. Then told by Jeremy at 1:00 AM that we could be let back in to pack up and move to another room. This continued for an hour. It was the worst customer service situation I’ve ever had experienced. Hilton failed on all accounts.

I travel a lot for business and this location is by far the best. Monica the bar tender has the smoothest drinks. The business professionals and families are a diverse mix of guests; all respectfully greeting each other with "hellos" and "where are you froms?" The snack bar is always fully stocked and the food while not fine dining is definitely the best hotel food I've ever consumed. I would give 5 stars but the pool/hot tub hours are HORRIBLE. This is the only Hilton Garden Inn location that closes at 8pm. The hot tub is more of a bath and the staff refuses to turn it up. Overall, they get close but completely miss the mark by not allowing reasonable access to all their amenities.

Great place! Well maintained and clean property with friendly staff. Derrek at front desk helped us out with a special request. All staff were super helpful and nice. Clean pool and jacuzzi. Five stars for everything, highly recommended.
