I travel a lot for business and this location is by far the best. Monica the bar tender has the smoothest drinks. The business professionals and families are a diverse mix of guests; all respectfully greeting each other with "hellos" and "where are you froms?" The snack bar is always fully stocked and the food while not fine dining is definitely the best hotel food I've ever consumed. I would give 5 stars but the pool/hot tub hours are HORRIBLE. This is the only Hilton Garden Inn location that closes at 8pm. The hot tub is more of a bath and the staff refuses to turn it up. Overall, they get close but completely miss the mark by not allowing reasonable access to all their amenities.

Great place! Well maintained and clean property with friendly staff. Derrek at front desk helped us out with a special request. All staff were super helpful and nice. Clean pool and jacuzzi. Five stars for everything, highly recommended.

I am sure this hotel caters to families visiting the hockey rink next door so they have put in provisions for the pool/gym on weekends. Both need assistance from the front desk to be allowed in. Pool is only open from 9am-8pm due to the kids I was told. BUT it would be nice to have an hour totally adult only from 8-9am and then 8-9pm. They have the rule but they do not monitor this. So you have kids in the gym and kids in the hot tub. Parents-please be responsible! And the hotel should be monitoring these areas. It should not be up to the guest to have to say something to another guest.

Hotel was clean and comfortable They had complimentary coffee/tea/HC. Breakfast is $15pp. Not included with your stay.
