I am sure this hotel caters to families visiting the hockey rink next door so they have put in provisions for the pool/gym on weekends. Both need assistance from the front desk to be allowed in. Pool is only open from 9am-8pm due to the kids I was told. BUT it would be nice to have an hour totally adult only from 8-9am and then 8-9pm. They have the rule but they do not monitor this. So you have kids in the gym and kids in the hot tub. Parents-please be responsible! And the hotel should be monitoring these areas. It should not be up to the guest to have to say something to another guest.

Hotel was clean and comfortable They had complimentary coffee/tea/HC. Breakfast is $15pp. Not included with your stay.

I have stayed here before. Noone seems to respect diamond members or business people. I asked for a quiet room for work.well tons of kids running all over this place. Screaming..banging on doors taking over the hotel and even the business office. Noone asks them to calm down. It's obvious they want kids who play soccer and no longer stays from business guests. One kid even hit my leg with a ball. No control. Never again for me or anyone I know. 2 other guests saidvthe same problem for them.

We just needed a quiet getaway for the night in a clean hotel and we got just that. Checkin was quick and easy, pool area was clean and quiet. Restaurant server was attentive and the food was good. We enjoyed ourselves so much we might make this hotel our local getaway spot.
