We went at the last minute for one night in October. Luckily the weather was fantastic and we had a great time. The outdoor pool was so warm and nice. The indoor pools were also so nice and I did a water aerobic class which was so fun! I had an amazing facial with Grace. She was beyond amazing.
The happy hour with Ian in Kites was great. Dinner and breakfast at Kites also good.
Great for a quick getaway.

Had a wonderful experience at your lovely , bucolic venue for my nephew’s wedding !
Food was excellent ! Staff courteous and delightfully polite. Front desk & security could not do enough to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.
Pools were well maintained with an attentive life-guard staff.
A special stand-out was Hostess Kimberley ; she went above & beyond to
accommodate me & my elderly , disabled
Mother, Patricia.
She seated her with easy access, recommended the tastiest specialties , and gave her a drink on the house.

I'm a long standing member of Mineral Springs Gym. I go to the gym to work out at least 3 days a week. I like it there, especially the weight room and assistants Coleen and Karen who are very conversent with the large amount of equipment that is available. I now know how use it all, thanks to them. They go above and beyond on a daily basis.

Stayed at the hotel for one night while attending a wedding. The amenities at the hotel are nice, but many things were either closed or unavailable.
The big issue we had with the hotel was the room. We had room 502, and we were constantly woken up by other guests using the elevator and vending machines. We weren't going to switch rooms in the middle of the night my whole family. Once the room was dark, you could see the gaps all around the door where insulation or padding should have been used to block out the noise from the hallway.
No one in our room has a good night's sleep. Don't let them give you that room.

This has such a Welcoming & Relaxing atmosphere. The views everywhere you look are spectacular-whether you are at the pool or in your room, or sitting outside, every view is breath taking. The food and beverages are excellent. The Body Scrub I got was excellent. I saw Jules in The Elements Spa and it was the best body scrub I have ever had. The room was comfortable, clean and it was easy to get to the perfect temperature. The Lobby & Convenience store on premises are on the same level so you can grab a coffee, coconut water, or a JUST water, a snack-all kinds of things- I was very pleased with their selections. And you can sit comfortably and wait to meet up with friends or family-it was so perfect-even the weather was perfect! And you can even sit out & make s’mores believe it or not. IT WAS AN EXCEPTIONAL WEEKEND. LOOKING FORWARD TO DOING IT AGAIN.
