Great experience. Check in was easy, great parking, good breakfast choices. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated Chyna, who went above and beyond helping us accommodate some special physical needs. We can’t thank you enough.

This Homewood Suites have the best Maintains Staff they are second to none excellent .Rich,LeoMiguel,Alexa's David and Abraham. All very professional take care of the situation in a reasonable time never to busy to answer a question I may have . Abraham is definitely a leader

The beds are very comfortable, the hotel is in a great location and the service is great! The people working at the front desk are very polite. We had some problems with our tv and the AC and Rich from engineering was great. He was always happy to help and fixed every single problem that we had. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

I don't understand why some people leave negative reviews because my experience at this hotel was exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. The front desk staff, especially Hyorim, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and made my stay truly enjoyable. The level of service I received was outstanding, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay!

This hotel is my favorite in the NYC area, Kim at the front desk is a welcoming and wonderful person. Would recommend this place to anyone that wants to be close to Manhattan but not too close lol. Very comfortable and well kept landscaping, all around great spot.
