The beds are very comfortable, the hotel is in a great location and the service is great! The people working at the front desk are very polite. We had some problems with our tv and the AC and Rich from engineering was great. He was always happy to help and fixed every single problem that we had. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

I don't understand why some people leave negative reviews because my experience at this hotel was exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. The front desk staff, especially Hyorim, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and made my stay truly enjoyable. The level of service I received was outstanding, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay!

This hotel is my favorite in the NYC area, Kim at the front desk is a welcoming and wonderful person. Would recommend this place to anyone that wants to be close to Manhattan but not too close lol. Very comfortable and well kept landscaping, all around great spot.

I had a really nice and spacious room with a view. The bed was very comfortable and the room design and furniture was modern and nice. The valet parking is quick and convenient. The staff at the front desk was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was well above average. I will definitely stay in this hotel again anytime I am in the area.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful! Anyone who works here is so kind and considerate. I recently had a major surgery and when I returned here to recover after it l, I was welcomed back to smiles and hugs and kindness,
One particular employee, Dimitri has gone above and beyond. He is so soft spoken and I feel that he loves helping people and loves working here.
I know this may sound a bit silky to some people , but Dimitri always makes sure I have bottles of water. If he sees me walking around the lobby he will hand me a bottle of water because he knows for the longest time I was on a strict fluid restriction. And those bottles of water have , and I know it may be silly to some, but Dimitri looking out for me and asking me how I’m feeling or how recovery is going really means a lot.
Dimitri really does encompass the phrase “Its my pleasure”. I have seen him treat a very kind guest and one who is not so kind the exact same way. He treats everyone with respect, kindness and a smile.
