I use to love going to this hotel but now forget about it. The housekeepers have gotten worse and whoever is doing the public area do not care how the hotel looks. Please hire house keepers who know how to do their jobs .

Cold swimming pool and poor coffee service in lobby

I've stayed at this hotel several times, but recently it has gone down in quality. One problem is that the pool is extremely cold, which makes it very hard to swim. Another problem is that the coffee area in the lobby is poorly stocked. They often ran out of coffee or hot water, and didn't restock for a long time.

Please rest assured the temperature of the pool is regulated and monitored several times daily to ensure consistently. Great staff, everyone makes you feel right at home. My family and I will definitely be back. My only complaint is please tell the Spanish women who work in the buffet area to please stop talking and texting on their phones while working . It looks very unprofessional.

Jegy, Camille, Minirie, Senaida, Loried, Jamilet, Esther, Loried, Ana and Dancy are absoulutely awesome. The entire staff are doing great job. I just wish that the Managers would do great job just like their staff are.

Overall the room was to standard and clean. I felt comfortable letting my daughter crawl on the floor. The free breakfast in the mornings was nothing special. For parking you can either pay a extra $15 a night to park at the hotel or park down the street at a separate hotel parking lot. This is not ver convenient for a family with small children. We woke up to our floor and several other floors having NO POWER. I went down to the front desk and asked for a credit to the room for the loss of consumable food in our fridge. All they offered was 50% that nights stay. From my personal experience working for Holiday Inn, I expect better from this company.
Room tip: I would avoid this establishment, power went out which ment at one point the elevators did not work. That is a disaster waiting to happen.

Overall great experience. Great workout area and pool with nice big windows. Great service. Good location. Easy Parking. Staff is friendly. Thank you Jegy, Kevin and Rich for all your help providing to our needs.
