Do not stay at this hotel. I had a spider crawling on my bed. I show the manager, and she said that this is normal. The remote didn’t work. I had to keep calling for towels. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!!

Absolute shambles of a hotel. Do not stay here! So much to say about this hotel don’t know where to start! Firstly there’s no bellboy to help you with your luggages when you arrive so you’ll be on a wild goose chase looking for one of the 4 luggage carriers they have in the hotel and you’ve gotta do it all yourself!
If check in says 3pm then don’t expect a room until 5pm, even if you have a new born baby they’re not helpful and don’t care what do ever!
When we booked our hotel 2 weeks prior to arriving we requested a crib to be put in our room on arrival- did they do this? No. Did they give us a crib when we asked on check in? No. Did they give us one when we asked 4 hours later? No. Did they give us one when we rang from a wedding venue we were at to make sure there was one when we got back.. NO! After absolutely kicking off with a pathetic receptionist we finally managed to get some sort of crib (was absolutely disgusting-make sure you bring your own sheets) at 2am that night!!! Absolutely horrific when you have a crying baby who’s used to sleeping in a crib!
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and the cleaner never cleaned our room AT ALL. Never made the bed, no new towels. Just came in, emptied the bin (one of the three bins) and left extra bin liners for us. How can they not even make the bed or dust down the furniture or Hoover the room??!!! Disgusting!
They also have no food at breakfast catering to vegetarians or a halal diet so don’t even bother asking them. They couldn’t care less. Unless you wanna eat waffles for breakfast everyday I’d suggest going down the road and eating breaky at the Marriott.
The whole room was so damp. The carpet the floors everything about the room is damp, just feels disgusting to be in. Given they spent so long giving us a room at check in you’d think the room would be spotless, it wasn’t. Dirty behind the bedside cabinets, dirty bedsheets, not hoovered.
Staff are all rude and useless. No one knows anything about anything. As much as the location may be great, don’t bother staying here, go to the Marriott across the road. If you have a baby STAY AWAY from this hotel. You’ll end up traumatised and your baby will become ill like mine.
Overall a horrendous stay and would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel was great for us. Good access to the GW Bridge to visit NYC without the super high rates of hotels in the city. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a full-size refrigerator and a stove, which we didn't use. The breakfast area was understaffed for the volume of guests and was often out of food, but the beds were very comfortable.
Room tip: Park across the street for free

no carts. Zero. they have four carts for the whole hotel. we had to carry back and forth from the car three full trips coming and going.
the breakfast was lacking in diversity.
in the room the shower was slippery, the lighting for makeup was glaring and unable to tone down.
you now pay for parking $15/night
there is nothing around the hotel where you can shop or eat without long drives.
since the last trip there has been deterioration of service.
if you don't need a refrigerator, go to the Marriott nearby.

Got there in the late afternoon - no luggage carts, none at all. The receptionist had zero idea when one would be available. Said to sit and wait; maybe one would appear. We had to carry all our luggage ourselves.
The breakfast: terrible, worst of worsts. No hard boiled eggs, no individual containers of milk, no trays. Can't bring anything to the room easily. Had to eat breakfast out.
The shower is lethal, slippery as ice - the "rough surface" was not - we had to put a towel down in order not to slip and fall.
NOW YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING - A NEW TACTIC INTRODUCED SINCE LAST YEAR. As though this is NYC!
Not quite 'poor' but not even average compared to the many places we've stayed over the decades.
Room tip: place is not convenient to anything except highways.

Worst stay ever. Came for a long stay and got indecent hotel customer service, front desk manager and housekeeping service.
I attached pix of the room after housekeeping
Expecting much more from Hilton.
Service advertised on their website isn’t being provided.
They punish you for using the do not disturb sign by not providing housekeeping. It’s hilarious
Pool water is gloomy.
I Do not recommend it
