Very nice. Great value. Breakfast was VERY good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, danishes, juice, coffee. All good quality unlike alot of hotels food. Very clean and modern. Great shower, nice beds and pillows. Indoor Pool was kind of small but nice, comfortable chairs. Fast free valet parking. Right across from the Marriott. Also steps away from the clean NJ transit bus that takes you right into times square for $4.50(apx 30 minute ride)

WARNING: FILTHY ROOMS
I have stayed at this hotel Oct of 2021 and it was clean and well kept. However, as of June 2023 this hotel has seriously gone downhill. We booked a one week stay and upon check in each room we were issued was disgusting.
The first room we received keys for had a giant yellow stain on the sheets. The second room had stains on the bedding, hair and filth. The third room had crusty material on the bed skirt. The fourth room had stains on the bed skirt and the rolling pull out cushion to sit on had something that spilled and was running down it.
These rooms are FILTHY! I had my two young children with me and had to find new lodging at 10pm on arrival night.
The floors were also carpeted and the corners of the room and around the bed were clearly never cleaned.
Parking was also an issue. Yes, they do provide valet parking, but traveling with kids, I need access to the extra baby items in my car. I also prefer to park my own vehicles. They suggested I park at the hotel across the street and walk back. If I wanted to park at the Marriott, I would have booked at the Marriott.

Hotel is right over the line in NJ Great if you are going to Yankee Stadium. I went to Ft Lee and ArthurAve. Check in was easy Dimitri was fast and even gave me a disposable razor because I forgot mine. Hotel is very clean and parking was free and easy. The staff work really hard to provide a free breakfast in the morning. I would recommend this Hotel and will return myself.

Overall, it was a good stay. It was very clean (I have diagnosed OCD and extremely high standards). That is enough for me to give a place five stars.
There were some mildly annoying problems that could be helpful to know about, but not enough to lower the star rating. The first is that I was not allowed to check in because my husband booked the rooms (with my credit card). I’ve never had that happen before and it was unexpectedly inconvenient. If you are booking for someone, I think it is important to know that you must be present.
The second is again a very minor infraction, but good to know about to plan ahead. There was no water in the gym. There was a water dispenser, but the water tank had been removed, so make sure to bring my a water bottle with you. They have pelotons at the gym which was a very happy surprise.
I’d stay here again for sure.

Booked two nights at this hotel during the terrible freeze of the NY tri-state area. Upon check in, I had a sense that things would be off. I asked the front desk about parking and he tells me that I can park across the street (in the Marriott’s parking lot) for free or in the hotel enclosed lot for $15 a day. Why would I park at a different hotel (that prominently displays signs that unlawfully parked cars would be towed) and be charged for parking at the hotel I am staying at? The answer was “that’s what it is”.
10 degree weather and the 2-queen room cannot get above 69 degrees with a significant bitter cold draft near the window. Looking to get into bed and warm up, the beds do not have blankets or comforters and none available in the closet! They only put two white sheets on the bed. I’ve heard that some hotels have started doing this to cut down on the time that Housekeeping spends in each room and to save money on laundry, but on the coldest nights of the year, not having a blanket in the room was horrible. Go take a hot shower. Oh, no fan or heat in the bathroom!
Not a true Hilton experience - a super no-frills hotel. Yes, it was half of the price of the Marriott across the street but you get what you pay for.
