Senaida, Loried and Camille are very helpful and go beyond expectations to provide excellent customer service and a excellent stay. The rooms are huge and clean and stock with shampoo. I will be back again next month.

Shoutout Camille for her exceptional customer service and kindness! From front desk staff to cleaning staff to everyone in between, they have all been very wonderful and friendly and helpful. We had some check in issues and the front desk person took care of it no problem, and every request we had they were more than willing to help. We were also a big group and got there earlier than check in and they let us take up their lobby while we waited for our rooms and had free water for us. Very lovely experience, extremely clean environment and great breakfast food.
ALSO: the elevator buttons on the first floor are confusing, just press the last button. It's labelled weird.

To start with, the heart of any hotel it’s people. From the checkin with dimitri to fabulous drinks made by Joey and some of the friendliest folks during breakfast service shout out to Camille Senaida lamore and Louie the staff is amazing. The rooms are clean and spacious. 10/10 would stay here again

I stayed there for one night. At first they could not locate my reservation. Finally they checked me in. The room had no water pressure the shower dribbled. Finally I checked out & noticed my room had been charged again. ( I had booked the room through there website a non-refundable reservation). So i was charged twice for the same stay. I have since called the hotel at least 10 times with no answers as the manager is the only one that can reverse the charges & he is never available.
Room tip: Please check your bill after checking out

The room was very comfortable & clean. Staff that work there go above & beyond. The front desk was very helpful. I have stayed there several other times & they never disappoint!! Look forward to staying there again!!

Camille , Loried and Ana were absolutely great. The food was good but what stood out the most is when Camille took the time to walk around and greet the guests and made sure that everyone were ok. I definitely will be back again. Also, you have a great staff and the room I stayed in was nice and clean.
