I stayed there for one night. At first they could not locate my reservation. Finally they checked me in. The room had no water pressure the shower dribbled. Finally I checked out & noticed my room had been charged again. ( I had booked the room through there website a non-refundable reservation). So i was charged twice for the same stay. I have since called the hotel at least 10 times with no answers as the manager is the only one that can reverse the charges & he is never available.

The room was very comfortable & clean. Staff that work there go above & beyond. The front desk was very helpful. I have stayed there several other times & they never disappoint!! Look forward to staying there again!!

Camille , Loried and Ana were absolutely great. The food was good but what stood out the most is when Camille took the time to walk around and greet the guests and made sure that everyone were ok. I definitely will be back again. Also, you have a great staff and the room I stayed in was nice and clean.
