The room was very comfortable & clean. Staff that work there go above & beyond. The front desk was very helpful. I have stayed there several other times & they never disappoint!! Look forward to staying there again!!

I stayed there for one night. At first they could not locate my reservation. Finally they checked me in. The room had no water pressure the shower dribbled. Finally I checked out & noticed my room had been charged again. ( I had booked the room through there website a non-refundable reservation). So i was charged twice for the same stay. I have since called the hotel at least 10 times with no answers as the manager is the only one that can reverse the charges & he is never available.

Camille , Loried and Ana were absolutely great. The food was good but what stood out the most is when Camille took the time to walk around and greet the guests and made sure that everyone were ok. I definitely will be back again. Also, you have a great staff and the room I stayed in was nice and clean.

Senaida, Camille and Loried made sure that the food and coffee was fully stocked and that the tables and everything else was nice and clean. Although Loried could have been more nice . Senaida and Camille made up for her not being nice to the guests.

The room I am staying in is clean. Also, the service is good and the staff is fantastic . The breakfast is very good . Senaida, Camille and Lorie customer service is very good. I will come back again.

Nice big rooms, not on the toes service staff but most things working properly. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the morning breakfast staff that consistently did a superjob during our whole stay (8 days).
Shout out to Senaida, Camille and Ana for being so professional and serviceminded! Raised the barr for the whole hotel.
