Check in: efficient, nice, stopped personal conversation and helped me
Room: very clean and GREAT BED! Organized with lots of places to charge electronics, nice tv, air worked well
Noise: loud but I slept. Lots of children, babies crying, doors slamming etc
Breakfast: negligible; store bought muffins, breakfast bars, apple juice
Checkout: easy and fast
Cost: better than most places in area but still expensive with pool closed and breakfast
Clean & spacious rooms, located in a relatively quieter area.
Staff is very helpful too.
Breakfast options could be better (served through a satellite on-premise starbucks outlet).
Fitness center is pretty small (limited equipment).
Convenient parking available on-premise.
All in all, a good stay.

I had a lovely experience at this hotel. I arrived late night and the front desk person was very warm and friendly. I was given a room at the end of the hall and didn't hear a single person. The building is a bit older but all the furnishings were new and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: Great Staff, nice location, clean
Negatives: Old. I am surprised this is still a Marriott property. The toilets flush slowly. The carpet is old and has a musty smell. Some of the thermostats don’t work. The bathrooms, beds, couches all seem to be 10+ years old.
As for the breakfast, it is Courtyard. I don’t expect complimentary breakfasts. On the weekend there was a free coffee and a prepackaged muffin. During the week the Starbucks has good coffee and food at a reasonable price (for Starbucks).
Overall, they need to invest in the facility and update the entire property.

We stayed there Saturday Aug 14th for a nearby wedding. The family sister-in-law, brother-in-law and sister came to my room after the wedding and talked and laughed catching up on life. Around 12:00 am, we got a call for a rude wome working the front desk. In a bullying voice said we need to be quiet or we would be escorted off the property. So much for nicely asking. We were not drunk, we were just carrying on adult conversations. Not sure if I will stay at a Marriott again.
