I had a lovely experience at this hotel. I arrived late night and the front desk person was very warm and friendly. I was given a room at the end of the hall and didn't hear a single person. The building is a bit older but all the furnishings were new and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: Great Staff, nice location, clean
Negatives: Old. I am surprised this is still a Marriott property. The toilets flush slowly. The carpet is old and has a musty smell. Some of the thermostats don’t work. The bathrooms, beds, couches all seem to be 10+ years old.
As for the breakfast, it is Courtyard. I don’t expect complimentary breakfasts. On the weekend there was a free coffee and a prepackaged muffin. During the week the Starbucks has good coffee and food at a reasonable price (for Starbucks).
Overall, they need to invest in the facility and update the entire property.

We stayed there Saturday Aug 14th for a nearby wedding. The family sister-in-law, brother-in-law and sister came to my room after the wedding and talked and laughed catching up on life. Around 12:00 am, we got a call for a rude wome working the front desk. In a bullying voice said we need to be quiet or we would be escorted off the property. So much for nicely asking. We were not drunk, we were just carrying on adult conversations. Not sure if I will stay at a Marriott again.

First of all, I always don’t give one star rating, but this hotel made me so pissed off I’ll tell you why. When we came to check in we couldn’t enter our room on time they made us wait for more than 20 minutes because they didn’t clean the room; moreover, the management treated us very badly. After the waiting they gave us a king bed room but we paid for two queen beds and they refused to change the room we are three people, so one of us was forced to book another room in another hotel because they said they don’t have any rooms available.

Room was fine, clean, and comfortable. But that’s what you would expect. What I didn’t expect is a really lame breakfast offering in the morning. A prepacked muffin the size of a golf ball, granola bar, one coffee station and no hot water for tea. Thankfully there are some good breakfast options nearby because you could not plan on having breakfast at the hotel. Also a lot of other hotels nearby, so next time I’m in town I will try another..
