I truly appreciate the excellent service from the entire team - the team is extremely courteous& helpful at the time of check in, the rooms are always very clean, every one including the Service Engineers respond very quickly, in case of a call. If there was a rating about 5 Start, I certainly will give that to the Courtyard by Marriott Somerset team - as they deserve this !!
As always PERFECT! The staff is always great and the rooms are always very clean and comfortalbe. It's always a pleasure when I stay here. That's why I come so often. Never a problem and i I'm able to catch up on getting a good nights sleep.
Useless Swimming Pool. Water is Ice Cold. They should not advertise that a swimming pool even exists. Otherwise OK . People are good and Friendly. TV is big and good, rooms are good. Average rating because of the swimming pool only.

Very clean hotel. Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Win win situation very nice and convenient with the Ruby Tuesdays amazing food love the atmosphere. Also very nice lobby great chairs very comfortable. Amazing trip overall 10/10
Overall not terrible, but WiFi was unreliable during first part of the stay. This makes working in the room extremely difficult. Staff was friendly and did try to address as quickly as possible. Still took over several hours to resolve.
