I stayed there with my son on August 26. At around 1:20 AM, a verbal altercation happened in the room next to us and spilled out into the hallway. I called the front desk. After about 10 min, the front desk said that the situation was resolved. It was not resolved and I had to call the police. Only after the police came, the situation calmed down.

I know that the hotel can't control everyone, but the hotel should take care of the situation not just say that things are resolved when not. I have travelled and stayed at many hotels in my life. I have never encountered such event before.

Breakfast was below average with diluted oj and simple continental breakfast.

There are many other hotels nearby. I wished I stayed elsewhere. I found out later that the hotel is near a state prison.

Hello, the hotel is dated from the 1980’s. The room is dark, dirty, moldy carpet, the towel rack literally fell off the track. The bed was uncomfortable.

The elevator was not working when we arrived, had to walk up the stairs with 5 suitcases.

In front of the hotel groups of people were smoking weed and loitering.

Overall, we did not feel safe in the area or the hotel.
Our kids were scared, afraid to sleep.

Do yourself a favour, book another hotel.
