I find my room was quiet exactly as I requested. location is very convenient if you work in that area.
The only negative point I would is the housekeeping. At check in I was told me that it was done only after eight days which is extremely long ! I asked for housekeeping every other day but it didn’t happen. You have to carry your garbage and your dirty towels at the end of the corridor. Not ideal

I've stayed here once before, and didn't have a bad experience.
This has been different. First, the side doors are propped open, which is always a hint that something below board is up. My suspicions were confirmed when I watched with my own two eyes what was very clearly a drug transaction.
The room smells of who knows what...a faint odor of marijuana, mildew, and something else.
The hallways are in serious need of work - duct tape has been used to repair the first floor carpet, for example.
The parking lot is littered with trash, which is a nice touch.

On the road with two dogs and a roof-rack load. The dogs were welcomed (we paid for them; not cheap), but I worried about leaving the roof-rack pack overnight: The neighborhood looked a bit sketchy. But not to worry: Everything was there in the morning. Our room was clean, if a bit tired, and the mattress worked.

Everything was covid compliant for sure! Plastic barrier at front desk and everyone wore a mask when dealing with customers. The hotel looked and smelled clean as well as the room. the only issue was the fact that when we called to make the reservation we asked if the pool was open and we were told it was. When we arrived the pool was covered and closed. Apparently when we called we were connected with the Staybridge national reservation desk and the individual had no idea whether the pool was open or not. The girl at the desk explained to us that this is probably what happened. She was very pleasant and we couldn't be upset with her. She did tell us that in the future we should call the hotel number with the area code corresponding to the location rather that the 800 number. That way we know we are speaking to the hotel directly. They did provide a Covid compliant breakfast despite being in the middle of the pandemic. All in all we had a positive experience!

We stayed here for one night. This was our first time in a Staybridge. We had a King Suite. The room was clean and comfortable. Being COVID time, breakfast was a pick-up bag, but that was to be expected.
We did have an issue at check-in which fortunately didn't turn out badly because it sure could have. We checked in and were issued keys to our room. When we went upstairs and unlocked the door, someones personal items including undergarments were laid out on the bed. We quickly exited the room and went back downstairs. After getting another room, but before leaving the lobby, another guest reported finding a wallet and key in his room. We had not issues after check-in but clearly the hotel is not 100% on room management.
