Friday "morning" from 2 am until 4 am the room the above me sounded like they were constantly running back and forth to the door to the bed. I called the front desk MULTIPLE times to no answer. I was not able to speak tot he front desk as I was gone 6am to 9pm. I asked the front desk to switch the room to which "none were available" other than an upgrade which would be a price change. The woman at the front only told me to call if I had more issues and when i expressed concerns of being stressed about the same situation happening she told me not to worry and to call the desk repeatedly until someone answers.
This has been a disappointing stay and can't recommend NOT staying here enough. As a hilton honors diamond member and repeat hilton business stay partners this is not service I would recommend for anyone to stay here....and maybe the staff member 'trying to help' could take her AirPods out for a second or two while dealing with a guest situation.
