Stay was fine. They charged the rooms to the card given for incidentals, not the one used to book the room online. Called back a few days after noticing and the lady at the front desk was short and snappy. Put me on hold, then told me she couldn’t do it right then because she was “too busy”, called me back later, complained even more, and supposedly it’s handled. No way for me to know right now. Refused to send me a refund receipt for the incorrect charges and the new receipt for the corrected charges. Poor Customer service ruined this experience when they were the ones to make a mistake in the first place. It’s unfortunate, but I’ll be sending my employees elsewhere moving forward.
