At first we were disappointed upon check in because we did not get the room that we reserved for due to a plumbing issue. And also the substitute room given to us by the night staff had a very inconvenient setup of the washroom.
But our experience ended up in a very good note due to two special and superb staff we met the next morning during breakfast.

Monica Brosius and Wayne greeted us with their genuine sweet smile while they served breakfast. Monica spoke with us and came to know our check in issue the night before. She understood very well our situation and was willing to help us and provide some adjustments to make our stay very pleasant. Being at the front desk for the rest of our stay, she was very accommodating and helpful. She assisted us and made our check out smooth. Thank you very much, Monica.

Wayne was also very pleasant. In both breakfasts, he asked us if there is anything we need to just let him know. And of course he was a great cook. The food was superb especially the eggs. Thank you, Wayne.

The great advantage of this place is that you will be welcomed at any time, which is not often offered by other guest hosts. Monica is incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. staff were amazing and couldn't be more helpful, the location is fabulous.

my family was there for a reunion. All arrangements and requests were ready when we arrived. However, the highlight of the stay ,was at breakfast in the morning 7/28,2024, when a most professional and joyest welcome was received by all coming down to eat.Shout outs to WAYNE!!! With the most enthusiastic smile and greeting!!! He welcomed us all with heart. I was captured by his warmth.The hotel is forntunate to have such an employee!!! Thank you WAYNE for being you.
