The hotel is like most Hampton Inns in that it is clean, quiet, good bed and pillows. We very seldom encounter issues at Hamptons, but this one had a couple things that stood out. The hotel is getting a bit tired and needs a refresh and in the case of our room, some repairs (tile in bathroom was broken and piece of tile missing). The gentleman on the front desk when we checked in (Nov 09, 2023) was very non-typical for Hampton, in that he was gruff and abrupt and never made eye contact. It was far from a warm greeting!
