We always choose hampton inn while traveling. We love the bedding and consistency of the service, cleanliness and comfort.
This was our first bad experience with 20 plus years of stays. Primarily due to housekeeping. We checked in at almost 10pm in the evening. We got up to room 443 to find that it had not been cleaned from the previous stay. I went back down to the office and he gave me a new card for 445.
The day after check out I realized I had left a $350 Sony headset around the bed area. I called spoke to ashley who said housekeeping would call me the next day. No call. I called the following day back and talked to ashley again. She said she would get ahold of them and call back. Which she did to tell me they were not found.
These are large noise canceling black Sony headset. Not something that would be missed at cleaning. It my mistake I left them but dishonest of the housekeeper to not turn them in.
I would definitely still use hamptonn inn in the future just not this one amd caution others about the dishonesty of housekeeping at this location.
