Had to wait 2 hours for check in at end of the day called front desk few times for some help kept hanging up the phone lights were not working im room only one light worked. Break fast was cold and had hair in breakfast. Reported to staff

Staying here for 5 days for a family reunion (7/21/23-7/26/23). Eight rooms in our party altogether. Hilton Gold member for decade so I am familiar with this hotel brand. This is one of the worst doubletree hotel I have stayed. The hotel is a very dated facility. The rooms have beat up furnishings. Our room smells bad which seems like someone urinated on the carpet that we had to keep the window open. Another room in our group had problem with the air conditioning. They called the front desk requesting to change to a different room since we would be staying for 5 days. They were told that they had NO ROOM available (the parking lot looks half-empty parking lot).
When we checked in, no cookies were offered. So I asked the front desk (Asian lady) politely, she told me that they don’t have cookies at this property. What? Later on, we saw a bunch of flight attendants checking in and all were given the cookies!
