Aside from the slight inconvenience of traffic getting to the hotel during City inbound rush hour. But this is the same for all the other hotels in that locatio. The hotel, the rooms are quiet and comfortable. The staff is very helpful. The included morning breakfast is much better then the usual continental breakfast found at most hotels.
Overall it was a good experience, good location, easy access to the Bridge, the hotel and room was clean and staff were friendly. My only issue was when it came to requesting an upgrade, I was told that the room I was requesting was not available. However on the Hyatt website it was availble to book, which lead me to believe they were relucant to accommodate me.
Staff very professional and friendly. Had room issues and the staff tried to be as accommodating as they could. As for the rooms, they were alright. I had to change 3 rooms due to knat issues in the first two, and the third was the last available one but had a distinct odor. Housekeeping didn't clean on a daily basis without being notified. Found that out after the first night. Other than this, it was a pleasant stay.
Wow. What can I say about this amazing hotel and the staff. We stayed there a couple weeks ago for me and my wife's wedding from July 12-July 15th. As soon as we stepped into the hotel, we were always greeted by a friendly front desk staff. Not only the front desk staff but every employee interaction throughout the weekend was amazing, pleasant, and extremely friendly. From catering, to housekeeping, to front desk, it was such a positive experience with each and every person in the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were amazing. We stayed in a bridal suite which was so big and unreal! Me and my wife absolutely loved it. Throughout the whole process Samira was an amazing help and assisted in anything we needed. She was able to give us a comp night for the bridal suite as a gift to us, she was able to get us a bigger room for our rehearsal dinner free of charge. It was unreal. Paresh was outstanding in helping us with our hospitality suite and always got us what we needed. There was a engineer and I cant remember his name, He was so helpful and got us anything we needed including the catering staff and housekeeping staff. Overall I would highly recommend Hyatt Fort Lee for all your needs. Friendliest place I have ever been to.
