I had a disgusting breakfast experience during this visit.
Due to the high number of guests, there were more employees working in the breakfast service area compared to other hotels. The staff seemed annoyed because of the crowd.
On the coffee side, a female staff member called over a male staff member, who appeared to be a supervisor, to check the coffee pot, as there seemed to be a problem. The male staff member spoke to the female staff member in Spanish while touching the nozzle holes of four coffee pots with his bare fingers, without wearing gloves. Four other customers next to me saw this and all decided to give up their coffee.
Also they still charged parking fee.
