Although I highly recommend this hotel .I suggest that you provide the Columbian food manager with the proper training she needs to improve her customer service skills because she has a very rude and nasty attitude. Last, due to proper protocols I believe that she should wear a hair net so that her long hair will not contaminate the food. Other than that the rest of the staff were amazing and I will be back.

I wanted to inform you that although I enjoyed my recent stay and mostly everyone were friendly and helpful. The latina food manager came off as rude and didn't greet the guests during breakfast and wore her hair out most of the breakfast service only putting it on right before the end which is a food safety concern.

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn East Rutherford and was thoroughly impressed by the service provided by Camille and Anna during breakfast. They were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and handled a large crowd of guests with ease, making sure everyone was taken care of. The continental breakfast they served was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to choose from. Despite the busy morning, they remained calm and efficient, ensuring everything was stocked and everyone had what they needed. It was clear that they genuinely care about providing excellent service. I left the breakfast area feeling well-fed and very happy with my experience. Huge thanks to Camille and Anna for making my stay even more enjoyable!

We checked in yesterday and everything has been perfect. Breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee) but the best part were the girls that were responsible for the breakfast. They were kind and made sure that we had everything available at all times. Big shoutout to Judy, Camille, Norma, and Kim. Y’all are the best!!

Enjoying our stay. The Cafe staff were amazing. Kept things clean, orderly and stocked properly. The breakfast items were delicious. We couldn't have asked for better service.
