Enjoying our stay. The Cafe staff were amazing. Kept things clean, orderly and stocked properly. The breakfast items were delicious. We couldn't have asked for better service.

Loved my stay! The front desk team were awesome and helpful. The kitchen staff were fantastic especially the black lady that works there. One area for improvement: Breakfast Manager hospitality and food safety (hair net/secured hair)!!

Since it is surrounded mostly by industrial businesses / offices, there is not much walking you can do, due to the lack of sidewalks.
Proximity to the Metlife stadium is good, if you are into watching the games.

Kim ensures guests feel At home by striking great conversations and taking care of requests promptly. She also goes out of the way to help guests find their way around.

Well lit and spacious. You get what you see (I got the King double) in pictures.
The rooms near the building front / rear exits can catch some of the noise from the parking lot where people smoke.

Restaurant : 5/5
Standard breakfast includes breads, cereals, waffles, and one or two meats.
Camille takes care of guests with a smile every morning.

The housekeeping service was very prompt and neat. The staff are also very friendly. Special shout out to Ramona.

upon arriving at location, i noticed how clean it was on the outside. when i entered the front lobby i was greeted by someone who worked on keeping the floors clean. the front desk young lady was very warm and inviting. the check in process was quick and informative. the rooms outstanding. the elevators were clean, no trash appeared anywhere. in the morning i went to breakfast and Camille went above and beyond to explain breakfast procedures. She is definitely an asset to a already beautiful place. I am traveling with family from Boston Massachusetts and i highly recommend this place to everyone. Keep up the outstanding customer service in a era where most hotels are high and price and low in customer service and appearance...thank you to all the employees. keep up the great work...
