The room makes you not want to even leave. Even though you can tell it is a bit dated, still very cozy, comfortable and convenient. The smell when I walked into the room didn't feel super fresh like when you walk in newer hotel rooms but it wasn't anything that could ruin my stay. Breakfast was great, staff was great. We really enjoyed the comfort and space of the room and the food varieties in the breakfast buffet.

I am a Marriott Platinum Elite member and decided to stay here with my son for the Giants-Vikings gane a few weeks ago. I had reserved a King Suite, and was graciously upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite, which worked out great. Very nice of the hotel to do that for their Elite members when they can.
The staff was friendly and the breakfast both days was just fine. Enough to get us through the day. We had lunch on Saturday at Biggie's, which is close and excellent. All of the food was top quality.
They had a gentleman offering drop off and pick up service from the stadium for a reasonable price, so we opted to do that in lieu of driving and attempting to park. It worked out great.
Can't possibly walk to the stadium, as we were told thst it illegal to do so, plus even if you could, it's a long walk.
This hotel is close to NYC, Manhattan that is, and very close to Newark Airport, so 2 big pluses.
I highly recommend this hotel for either a game stay or for its proximity to Manhattan.

Great proximity to Met Life Stadium. About 10mins. And about 20mins into NYC via bus. Rebecca at the front desk was amazing!! Helped us find the bus to NYC and saved us huge time and money. She again helped us to the game by providing a trustworthy driver. Again time snd money saved! Ohhh... don't try to walk to Met Life, $250 fine... Thanks for warning us Rebecca! That would've sucked! All that plus an amazing room! A 2 room suite bug enough for 6. Full kitchen. Definitely coming back here.. hopefully Dallas wins next time... stupid Jets!

Great place for MetLife stadium. Rebecca gave us direction for how to use bus into NYC...this will be my next best way to travel. Also gave us name of private driver to get us to game. You cannot walk to game as there are limited sidewalks and it's unsafe as well as police will fine you! Great 2 room suite. Large enough for 6. Great stay!

We stayed here several days while visiting relatives and trekking to New York City to see the sites. The hotel is well maintained. The rooms are like studio apartments with a full kitchen. Not much in the immediate area, so we Ubered every day and often took a bus back from the City. We would stay here again.
